UY C. YOUNG

Born in 1959, Guy Young has lived in the Bay Area his entire life. He attended Burlingame High School, and U.C. Berkeley where he studied Business Administration and History. He played on the Golf Team, and was a member of the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity. He graduated from Cal in 1982.

For twenty eight years, Guy has been in the investment and insurance business. He started as a broker with Davis Skaggs & Company, which was bought out by Shearson Lehman Brothers. He worked for regional brokerage firms before founding Young Financial & Insurance Services in 1995.

His practice has developed over the years from traditional brokerage to that of a financial planner. Over the twenty eight year period he has had the benefit of working with some of the most respected people in San Francisco's financial community.

Guy has the following licenses: NASD Series 7 (brokerage license); NASD Series 63 ("Blue Sky" license); California Department of Insurance, Insurance Agent license (#0A99946); California Department of Real Estate, Broker license; California Department of Corporations, Registered Investment Advisor.

Because of his diverse financial training and experience, he has been called upon to testify in court as an expert witness on the subjects of stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and the option markets. He has been a member of The Olympic Club since 1974.
